Return Policy

Please choose carefully. We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection. We do not refund or exchange on SALE items or Bellisima Bodywear. You may choose between a refund, exchange or credit when goods are faulty.  If you are dissatisfied with your purchase you may exchange it or receive an in-store credit. Refund or Store Credit amount will be less any shipping and administration costs and will be at the discretion of management.

We advise checking all purchases thoroughly on delivery before removing any attached tags and disposing of any original packaging. Any fault with your purchase should be reported immediately to us.  Goods must be returned to us in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with ALL labels attached and intact. This does not mean that you cannot try on your new purchase, just that we cannot accept any item that shows signs of wear or use.

When trying on garments, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume or deodorants as they can infuse the garment with odours which may indicate wear or use. If the garment has detectible odours you will void your right to return.   Also, we request that you remove any jewellery before trying on your purchases as damage to any garment will void your right to exchange or credit.

Intention to exchange or return a garment for any reason must be made via email within 24hrs of receiving your order.

In the case of an exchange, please provide details of the garment for which you would like to receive as a replacement. We will reply via email with a Return Authorisation number (RAN). All exchanges and returns must be shipped within 3 days of receiving your RAN. Any return received without an official reference number cannot be accepted.

Customers should send returns at their own cost via Express Post or Registered Mail, after a RAN has been obtained. Registered post requires addresse's signature on delivery for confirmation of arrival.  Please include your name, address, order number and the reason for return to ensure your return is processed as swiftly as possible.

We strongly advise you to keep a record of your mailing receipt as Galleria Beautiful Clothing & Accessories does not accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

We will let you know as soon as we receive the returned goods and will endeavour to process your exchange or credit as swiftly as possible.  Exchanged items can only be dispatched once a quality control check has been carried out on return of original items by our Online Sales Team. Any exchange received outside the 3 business days return window will be subject to product availability and may incur additional shipping fees.
